What Kel'thuzad says upon Maexxna's Death. There is a portal in the room that you can 'use' and it takes you back to the start of the instance. Once there, there is a graphical change to one of the holes on the portal. The guess is once you kill all four wings the portal above the main entrance takes you to the FrostWrym Lair. (see the openportal pic for that).
